Since 1983 The Fitness Center has been known for its group fitness classes. We offer one of the most diverse, challenging and fun schedules of any gym in the Champaign-Urbana area. With over 70 classes offered per week our classes are easy to fit into your schedule so you can reach your fitness goals. All of our classes are open to all fitness levels. Just let the instructor know if it’s your first time for some pre-class information. In Champaign we have three studios, two for group fitness and one for group cycling. Monticello and Tuscola each have one fitness studio.

Our incredible instructors are certified by AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) or other certifying organizations. Specialty class instructors also hold certificates in their given area (Zumba, TurboKick, Pilates, Yoga and Group Cycling).
