PERSONAL TRAINING

The Fitness Center is the most established health and wellness facility in the area, and has been for over 20 years. We have the highest educational standards for all of our fitness team, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors and fitness consultants. We offer a wide variety of exercise equipment, group fitness classes, health programming and informational workshops.

The Fitness Center has some of the area's finest personal trainers. Each of our personal trainers strives to make your fitness-related dreams a reality. After you sign up for personal training, your trainer will assess your goals and design a personalized exercise program just for you that is tailored to meet the demands of your goals and special needs. We offer a variety of training packages to choose from, including group training, individual hour and half hour training sessions, and Pilates one-on-one personal training.

Meet one-on-one with a Pilates Personal Trainer on specialized equipment engineered and built according to Joseph Pilates training methods.
